Snap Fitness at 6403 Mission Street, Daly City, California.

Tried to cancel my membership, had to deal with a random trainer as the owners as usual were not around. Never received any confirmation that my account was cancelled or was being cancelled and so I visited the gym only to find out my access card still worked and again the owners were still not around. It's been 2 weeks now and 5 visits, no one is ever around due to their ridiculous operational hours (and they STILL may be absent during those hours because they've hired some useless scabs to sit in their office chair), you can't cancel via the website, they aren't answering the phone.

Too small to be effective anyone too.
